John Naisbitt, a business analyst and prognosticator whose 1982 book “Megatrends” that projected trends in business and society became a bestseller and made him an adviser to presidents, prime ministers and corporate titans, died April 8 at his home in Velden am Wörthersee, Austria. He was 92.
The death was confirmed by his daughter Claire Schwadron, who said she did not know the precise cause.
