Bluebird has snapped up a new book by Australian cook Nagi Maehashi, who is behind the recipe website RecipeTin Eats.
Publisher Lizzy Gray acquired UK and Commonwealth rights to Tonight from Ingrid Ohlsson, publisher at Pan Macmillan Australia, to publish on 17th October 2024.
“RecipeTin Eats: Tonight is a standout cookbook for every home kitchen, for every level of cooking ability, for every budget, for every set of taste buds – and for every single night of the week,” the synopsis says.
Gray commented: “Ten years ago Nagi Maehashi gave up her job to ’cook food she likes to eat, snap a photo of it and bash away on her keyboard with a large mass of golden fur underneath’. The golden fur is her much-loved dog, Dozer and the website is the global phenomenon, RecipeTin Eats, which has over 500 million users a year. We are proud to be publishing Nagi’s brand-new book, RecipeTin Eats: Tonight.”
